Luxolis COA docs: batch testing is the part I check

A friend asked me about Luxolis (luxolis.ai) so I went looking and honestly there's not much in the public listings. Stuff I couldn't pin down: What categories and specific compounds do they actually list, and are batch-specific COAs available for each one before you order? Which third-party labs do the COA testing, what methods are reported, and do lot numbers trace back to those documents? Where are they based? What are the shipping origins, carriers, and cold-chain/packaging options for domestic versus international lab destinations? How's pricing structured — catalog, bulk, or quote-based — and are there minimum order quantities or a documented reship/refund policy for shipping problems? And can anyone clarify public business registration, contact channels, and typical lead times? Just want to be able to verify legitimacy and logistics before buying.

I asked them last week. They list a few research categories, but no full compound inventory in public view. COAs were provided only after I asked, batch-specific though.

Which labs? My reply mentioned two third-party names, but methods were just HPLC and GC summaries. Lot numbers matched the PDFs I got. I’d still want raw data.

Short quip: Their site is sparse. Email support for the actual list. I got a menu PDF after signing a waiver. No COA links until order stage.

Based in Delaware? My invoice said US entity, but packs shipped from a Midwest fulfillment address. Carrier was UPS. No cold-chain option appeared at checkout.

International: they quoted DHL Express to EU, with dry ice extra. Packaging was plain box plus sealed pouch. Customs paperwork listed research chemical, not brand. Took nine days.

I’m more interested in lot traceability than menu breadth. If they can’t tie COA to exact batch and lab, I pass. Too many vendors just recycle PDFs.

Emailed Tuesday. Got a friendly reply: categories include reference materials and peptides? They said COAs per lot upon request. Still waiting on lab names and shipping origins.
