Not a panic post, just pattern recognition. I keep a 90-day CSV of weight, steps, and side-effect notes because I don't trust any single dashboard.
When the portal switched URLs, my login and message history broke for 36 hours. No clinical impact, but it added friction to an already boring routine.
I'm less concerned about the downtime itself than the inconsistency: if the interface keeps changing, I want my own records. Anyone else export their data, or do you just ride the app?
