Saw NordPure (nordpure.com) mentioned a couple times this week and went down a rabbit hole. Norway-based, only two products showing, COA docs per what I can find online. Anyone here actually run them? Trying to figure out which two products are currently listed, and whether batch-specific COAs are available before ordering. Are they third-party, dated, matched to the exact batch/lot that ships? Then shipping out of Norway — carrier, packaging, tracking, transit estimates, any cold-chain requirements? Does the Norway origin create customs or import restrictions for research-lab destinations? And is pricing listed publicly, or does it vary by batch, quantity, or destination?
NordPure prices vs the other shops I've checked
Anyone know if NordPure ships domestic or overseas? Trying to gauge typical transit times before ordering. Also, do they send tracking quickly? Just comparing options right now.
Do the COAs list the third-party lab and batch number? I’d want to verify before considering a purchase. If anyone has a recent one, could you share the format?
Prices seem a bit high compared to similar vendors. Is there a minimum order or crypto discount? Not trashing them, just trying to understand the premium.
New account, flashy site, and lots of hype—classic red flags until I see independent testing and longer-term posts. I’ll keep reading for now.
NordPure? Sounds like a Viking laundry detergent. Hopefully shipping is faster than a longship.
Watching this thread. Interested in recent order experiences, especially packaging and delivery times. Please keep the updates coming.
Has anyone ordered to the EU recently? Curious about customs and whether they reship if something gets stuck. Not looking for guarantees, just patterns.
Does the price include access to COAs, or is that extra? If testing is recent and shipping is smooth, I might be tempted. Still comparing options.
I’m in the same boat—only two SKUs show for me, and one looks like a placeholder until you click in. What I’d want to know before paying: does the COA PDF list the exact batch number printed on the vial, or is it just a generic report? I screenshot the label and COA into my phone notes, mostly because between school runs and snack-drawer raids I forget everything. If someone orders, can you confirm the batch matches? That’s my make-or-break, not the price.
I’m also stuck on a plateau and have been tempted to jump shops to save cash, but I won’t order anywhere unless the COA batch number matches the vial label and the report is full, not just a summary. If anyone’s ordered from NordPure, can you confirm the COAs are batch-specific and dated recently? Also: are prices shown in NOK or EUR, and is VAT added at checkout? That’s usually where the “cheaper” shops stop being cheaper for me.
I lift 4x/week and track protein, sleep, and waist, so I’m less price-sensitive than batch-traceability-sensitive. The thing I’d want before ordering from any new shop: does the COA list the actual lot number that matches the vial label, and can you verify it on the testing lab’s own portal instead of just a PDF? Also, does it show method (HPLC/LC-MS) and date, or just “99% pure”? If it’s only a generic document, I’ll stick with what I’ve got. Recomp is slow enough without adding unknowns.
Not run them, but I’d ask support for the exact current batch/lot number and whether the COA is tied to that same lot before paying. If they only share docs after checkout, that’s my cue to pass. On the plateau side, I switched from daily weigh-ins to weekly averages plus waist and gym numbers in one note—if two of three are trending right, I don’t let a flat scale spook me into switching vendors. Did anyone actually get a straight answer from them on which batch is shipping right now?
Same. Two SKUs feels like a beta test, not a catalog.
two SKUs = beta test energy. I'd wait for batch-specific COA before optimizing price.
My trendline says two SKUs = pilot, but I’d still get the lot COA before price-shopping.
Price isn’t the number on the page. For a Norway shop, landed cost = list + shipping + VAT/duty + possible clearance fee, then divided by whatever unit you track. I keep a boring spreadsheet: order date, ship date, lot, COA URL, total landed, cost/unit. Two SKUs alone doesn’t scare me; lack of upfront duty calculation does. Anyone who actually checked out seen whether they pre-collect VAT/customs or dump it on the carrier? That’s the variable I’d want before comparing them to other shops.
I hear you on the two-SKU thing, but my bigger hangup would be lot traceability: does the COA actually match the lot number printed on the vial, or is it just a generic “current batch” PDF? I got burned once by a shop where the site batch didn’t match what arrived, so now I snap a pic of the vial label and keep it next to my order confirmation. Has anyone who ordered recently seen the lot number before checkout, or only after? That would decide whether I even bother comparing prices.
the two-SKU thing wouldn’t bug me as much as a generic, product-level COA. I’d ask whether the lab is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited and whether the report ties to the lot number printed on the vial, not just a date range. Also, do they release that COA before payment, or only after checkout? If it’s after, that’s a hard pass for me. Has anyone gotten a straight answer on that?
One thing I’d check before price-shopping: carrier and customs handling. I’ve had Nordic parcels sit for 8–10 days, then get a surprise brokerage fee that wiped out the savings. Also, for tracking nerds: note packaging condition and whether it arrived cold/insulated, not just the COA. There was a good thread in Shipping last spring about that. Anyone know if NordPure ships DHL or local post, and whether they prepay VAT?
the thing i never see ppl factor: if they ship from norway, your bank may hit you with a NOK conversion fee + foreign transaction fee, like 3% depending on card. that changes the landed math more than the sticker diff sometimes. also, do they
For what it's worth, i’ve got two kids and a snack drawer that’s basically a free-for-all, so my dealbreaker is logistics: does NordPure ship with cold packs, and does the outer box have the company name on it? I can’t have my 9yo asking why there’s a mystery box on the porch. Also, for anyone who’s ordered—does it need dedicated fridge space? My fridge is 80% kid yogurts and half-eaten fruit, so I need to know before I promise a shelf. Price is secondary if it’s a whole production.
late-night gamer here. my add: ask if the lot number is visible before checkout and whether the vial label matches the invoice. i got burned by a shop with a shiny COA but the lot on the invoice was different, so now that’s my first filter. also, does the site let you see current batch dates without emailing? if ordering feels like a side quest i just close the tab. my soda-swap tracking is enough spreadsheet energy for one week lol.
I regained a chunk after losing, so now I’m annoyingly careful about this stuff. New thing I check: whether the COA has a report ID you can actually search on the testing lab’s own site, not just a pretty PDF. I got fooled once by a real-looking lab name with a report number I couldn’t verify anywhere. I also log batch, order date, shipping time, and how I’m feeling in a notes app so I’m not guessing later. Has anyone confirmed NordPure’s lab report is verifiable that way?
