A friend asked me about Optimalhealthtrt (optimalhealthtrt.com), so I’m trying to compare them before anyone orders. Does their posted shipping info actually match checkout right now, like origin, carriers, tracking, cold-chain or discreet packaging, and normal delivery windows? I also want to know which specific products and concentrations they carry, and whether you can see a complete catalog with batch numbers before ordering. Are batch-specific COAs posted for each lot, and do those include HPLC/MS purity plus sterility/endotoxin testing where applicable? Is pricing clear, including shipping fees, bulk discounts, payment methods, and any reship/refund policy for lost or customs-seized parcels? And where are they located, plus what business/contact details do they give for accountability? If anyone’s used them, I’d like to hear it.

I looked at the Optimalhealthtrt checkout last night. Origin was listed as domestic, carrier options were standard/express, tracking promised, and packaging said discreet. Didn't see cold-chain mentioned anywhere, so I paused.

Same here. I emailed support about cold-chain. They said vials ship ambient unless the checkout page shows an ice pack option. That felt vague, so I saved the page and screenshots.

Do they post batch COAs before ordering, or only after? That’s usually my first filter before I even look at prices.

Prices look okay, but are there hidden consult or membership fees? The checkout total is what matters.

OptimalHealthTRT sounds fine, but every vendor thread starts with ‘great comms’ and ends with ‘where’s my pack?’ I’ll lurk.
