Panaton's prices caught my eye, so I'm poking around panaton.com before going any further with them. Stuff I can't sort out from the site: does the catalog actually list purity/specs, and are there third-party COAs per batch with matching lot numbers? Where do orders ship from, and what do lead times, packaging, and tracking look like? Is pricing public or quote-only, what are the MOQs and payment terms, and what happens if a pack gets lost or grabbed by customs? Still trying to pin down their physical location and legal entity too. If anyone has recent independent COAs instead of just in-house docs, that'd help a lot. Same for the research-grade labeling claim and batch-specific MSDS or handling docs. Not ordering anything until I know more.

I emailed panaton.com last week about COAs. They sent a generic spec sheet, no lot numbers. My notes say reply came in about 36 hours. Catalog lists purity percentages, but per-batch docs still unclear. Following.

Ordered a small sample in March. Shipped from a EU address, tracking was slow to update. Packaging was plain box with sealed inner bag. Lead time was 9 days to US. No COA in box, just order slip.

Quote-only for me. MOQ was one gram, payment via bank transfer or crypto. They wouldn't do card. Reship policy says case-by-case. I asked about customs seizure; they went quiet.

Legal entity on invoice was a LLC in Wyoming, but shipping label had a different name. That mismatch made me pause. Anyone else see that?

Short quip: If the COA isn't batch-matched, it's just wallpaper.
