Peptidescienceinstitute batch testing paperwork is all I care about

Before I send this guy any money, figured I'd ask here first. Peptidescienceinstitute (peptidescienceinstitute.com) — going off their published prices. What product categories do they list, exact vial sizes and purities, and are those prices per vial or per kit? Can I see lot-specific third-party COAs (HPLC/MS) before buying, and actually verify them with the lab? Where are they based and where do shipments come from — what carriers, packaging, cold-chain? Do the posted prices include shipping, taxes, customs, or is that extra? Any minimum order or bulk tiers? And what's their stated handling time, typical domestic/international transit window, plus their policy on lost, delayed, or seized packs? Anyone ordered from them or seen reviews in public listings?

Any recent experiences with their shipping to the EU? Curious about customs delays and whether they include batch numbers on the label. Also, do COAs come automatically or only if you ask? Just trying to gauge turnaround before ordering.

I’ve seen too many vendors pop up with fancy names and zero third-party testing. Pepscienceinstitute might be fine, but until I see recent COAs with lab names and dates, I’m just lurking. Not risking it.

What’s the current price for a 10-vial kit vs singles? Their site is vague. Also, do they charge extra for cold packs or express shipping? Anyone ordered lately?

Their name sounds like a university I definitely didn’t get into. Still waiting on that COA scholarship.

Watching this thread. Following for COA updates and shipping timelines. Please keep the reviews coming, especially from folks in the US.

Has anyone actually verified one of their COAs with the lab directly? I’m curious if the QR code or verification link works, or if it’s just a PDF with a logo. That’s my main holdup.

Not saying they’re bad, but the website looks a little too polished for a small lab. I’d feel better if someone posted a recent order timeline and an unedited COA. Until then, popcorn.

Do they ship from domestic or overseas? If overseas, what’s average delivery time to the US? And do they require signature? Trying to plan around work.

I lift 4x/week and track protein/sleep, so for me the paperwork is the product. One thing I haven’t seen asked: do the vials themselves have a lot number printed that matches the COA? And does the COA include the actual HPLC chromatogram + MS spectrum with retention/mass peaks, or just a “99% pure” summary line? If the site only posts one generic COA per category, that’s a hard pass before I’d send anything. Anyone got a recent lot number they can cross-check?

same—no lab email back, no money. I got enough chaos at home.

One thing I’d ask before money leaves your account: does their COA show the actual lab name, method parameters (HPLC column/gradient, MS mode), and a lot number that matches the vial crimp/box? I keep a little batch log for my own tracking—date received, lot, COA file—so a generic “third-party tested” PDF is worthless to me. Also whether the lab

Concrete thing I’d ask: the actual HPLC chromatogram + integration table and the MS spectrum, not just “99% pure” on a PDF. A COA without retention time, method, and peak area is basically a screenshot of a vibe. Also confirm the lot number on the COA matches the vial label and invoice—some sellers test one batch and ship another. If they won’t send the full PDF for the exact lot before payment, hard pass. Does anyone know if their COAs include the chromatogram, or just a summary page?
