The less-praised part of maintenance: a rough three weeks

I reached my goal in February after about 14 months, down 70-ish pounds, and I've been holding in a 5-pound range since. Most of maintenance has been boring in a good way: same breakfast, same walks, same Sunday prep. But the last three weeks were genuinely crummy. One day a week I felt flat and vaguely queasy, my appetite went missing, and then I'd get a late-night urge to graze even though I wasn't hungry. My sleep got choppy, and my usual 30-minute walk felt like a chore. It wasn't dramatic, just enough to make me doubt whether I understood my own body anymore. I'm not asking for fixes -- I talked to my clinician and we're watching it. I'm more curious whether other maintainers have had a stretch that didn't match the glowing posts. Did yours pass, or did you have to adjust something bigger?
