Wholesale Peptide (wholesalepeptide.com) prices caught my eye, so I'm poking around before I bother emailing them. US-based, 7 products listed, prices published, shipping info and COA documents posted. For those 7, are there lot-specific third-party COAs, and do they actually show purity, identity, method, and which lab ran it? Are the posted prices current for the whole catalog, and do they tack on minimum order, cold-chain, or handling fees for US shipping? Where does it ship from, which carrier, how long, and how is temp-sensitive stuff packed? Tracking and insurance terms too. Big one: do the COAs match lot numbers on the vials, and can I verify a COA straight with the named lab? Also curious about restock timelines for anything beyond the 7, US business registration and address, and a tech support contact I can check independently.
Wholesale Peptide shipping times and where it actually ships from
I pulled the COA page last night. Only three of the seven had lot-specific PDFs; the rest were generic. Purity via HPLC, identity via MS, lab name redacted on one. Ask support for your exact lot before ordering.
Prices looked current when I checked Tuesday. No minimum order shown at checkout for a $28 item. Shipping was flat $12 USPS Priority; cold pack added $8. Handling fee? None appeared for me.
I emailed about cold-chain. They said most listed items ship ambient, but one requires an ice pack. Origin ZIP starts with 89, so Nevada. Carrier was USPS. Turnaround to Midwest was three days.
Generic COA equals no dice for me. If the lot number on the vial doesn't match the PDF, I’m out. Simple as that.
Ordered one vial to test the waters. Box arrived in four days from Nevada via UPS. COA inside matched lot, third-party lab, HPLC and LC-MS listed. Purity figure was there. No cold pack, no extra handling fee.
Their site says prices current, but I saw a banner about a $50 minimum for free shipping. Under that, handling was $10. Cold-chain quote was separate. I’d screenshot before checkout.
I asked support directly. They replied: lot-specific COAs available by request, methods are HPLC and LC-MS, testing lab is US-based. Prices include no minimum, but cold-chain and handling quoted at checkout. Shipping origin Nevada, carrier varies.
COA or it didn’t happen. No lot match, no order.
Diarist here. I’m waiting on one more email about carrier and turnaround. Will update after my package lands. So far, the COA request process felt human, not copy-paste.
Every time I check one of these vendor threads I end up with three tabs of lab acronyms open 😅
I hate when the COA rabbit hole eats my whole afernoon 😅 did support ever confirm the actual lab?
I’m in maintenance and mostly care about origin now. The useful test: once a label is created, does tracking start in the same state as their listed address, or does it pop up from a third-party fulfillment hub? That tells you a lot about real transit time and heat exposure. I also ask whether warm-weather orders go out with a cold pack or just ambient. If support won’t put that in writing before payment, I pass. Did anyone get
The quicker tell for me is the first tracking scan, not support’s answer. “US-based” can mean label created in NJ, first scan Shenzhen, then 5–7 days of silence. Ask for the warehouse ZIP and whether cold packs are included, then do landed cost: item + shipping + cold pack. Also, if the vial lot doesn’t match the posted COA PDF, I stop. Do they stamp lot numbers on vials or only list them on the site? That’s my go/no-go before I bother emailing.
