A year of numbers says less than my Sunday waist tape

Twelve months, 64.2 lb down. My daily weight log has 240 entries and a lot of nonsense in July. Work travel pushed my protein average from 132 g to 98 g, and my Sunday waist tape stalled for five weeks.

The scale caught up later; the tape didn't lie. I stopped trusting single mornings after a salty dinner. The 10-day average is ugly but honest.

Mildly contrarian: my best month on paper had the fewest dramatic daily drops. What non-scale column actually earns its place in your log?
