I hit my original goal and ignored the urge to lower it

I'm 5 foot 4, started around 212, and my original goal was 165. I hit 164.8 on a random Tuesday, and my brain immediately whispered, 'okay, but what about 155?' That was the moment I realized the finish line had legs. I've been maintaining within a 3-pound window for about two months now.

I still track loosely, still taste sauces and baked goods at work, still have days where a missed lunch turns into picking at the counter. But I'm practicing saying: this is enough. Not because I've hit some perfect body, but because I'm sleeping, lifting twice a week, and my knees don't complain on stairs.

Has anyone else had to actively ignore the urge to move the goalpost? How did you make 'enough' feel real instead of lazy?
