Monday I opened the plan portal and my 4-week Trulicity quote was $302.18, up from $78.50 in December. I made the usual three-column note: portal price, cash price, coupon price.
One pharmacy had two boxes in stock at $986.40; a discount card brought the quote to $637; the other store could order for Wednesday but wouldn't quote a coupon until it ran my info. I also called the savings program and got a range, not a number, which is exactly the kind of answer that makes me keep a paper trail.
I'm not switching anything yet — just trying to see whether the $224 jump is normal for this pln year. If you've already done this scavenger hunt, what prices landed on your sheet?
