So, like how much does the injection site matter? I've been rotating between stomach and thigh with no real system — honestly wherever is convenient that day. Last vial was mostly thigh, this one mostly stomach, and I can't tell any difference in hunger or side effects. Is site selection actually meaningful for absorption, or one of those things people overthink? What's your rotation pattern?

This is so relatable. I'm on week 23 and feeling the same way. The food noise disappearing was the most surprising part for me too. I didn't even know I had it until it was gone.

I switched from sema to tirz about 3 months ago. Big improvement in appetite suppression and fewer side effects. Down 20 lbs since switching. Everyone's different but for me it was the right call.

Same here! I had the exact same experience at 12.5mg. The nausea peaked around week 30 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.

I've been at 5mg for 10 months now. The jump from 2.5 to 5 was noticeable — more appetite suppression but also more nausea for the first two weeks. It settled down after that. I'd say go for it if you're stalling at the current dose.
