CagriSema Research Dosage Chart
| Level | Dose | Phase |
|---|---|---|
| Low | 0.25 mg weekly | Initiation (research) |
| Moderate | 2.4 mg weekly (semaglutide component) | Trial target range |
Important Notes
- CagriSema is a research compound with no FDA-approved dose for human use
- Half-life: long (cagrilintide ~days + semaglutide ~1 week)
- Common administration: subcutaneous injection
- Frequency: once weekly (research)
- Maximum researched dose: per trial design only
- Side effects vary by compound — discuss any reactions with a healthcare provider
- This calculator performs math conversions only — not medical advice
Reconstitution Calculator

How Reconstitution Works
- Determine concentration: Divide peptide amount by water volume (e.g., 5 mg ÷ 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL)
- Calculate draw volume: Divide your dose by concentration
- Convert to syringe units: Multiply mL by 100 for U-100 syringes
- Verify syringe capacity: Ensure the draw volume fits your syringe
Example Calculation
Vial: 5 mg CagriSema
Water: 2 mL bacteriostatic
Dose: 0.25 mg weekly
Syringe: 100U (1 mL)
Concentration: 5 mg ÷ 2 mL = 2.5 mg/mL
Draw volume: See calculator output
