My laptop and canned tuna are feuding with my hands

Not sure if this is a peptide question or a “you type too much” question. I’m a broke student living on dorm food, and my cheap-protein rotation — tuna packets, Greek yogurt, lentil soup — is holding up fine. My wrists are not.

They go numb halfway through a lecture, and I keep shaking my hand like I’m trying to flick off a ghost. I got a cheap brace from the bookstore and moved my desk so my elbows aren’t floating, which helps some days and not others.

I’m not chasing a protocol or a source. I’m just wondering if anyone else had wrist junk flare while typing, lifting, or meal-prepping, and what boring non-magic stuff made it less annoying.

Or should I accept that my body is unionizing?
