Sinus pressure, GLP-1, and the peptide noise around it

I have been around here since the old weekly check-in threads, so I tend to wait a while before posting. My sinuses have been a long-running project: ENT says mostly chronic inflammation, not infection. I started a GLP-1 14 months ago for weight, and the odd part is my morning face pressure seems less frequent now. Maybe two rough days a month instead of most weeks. Not gone, and allergies still do their thing. I am not looking for a protocol or anything. I am just curious whether others with long-running sinus junk noticed any change after weight came down or after changing how they eat. Did yours shift with seasons, food, stress, or not at all? I keep seeing peptide names floated in sinus threads, and I cannot tell what is real experience versus someone telling a good story. I would rather hear from people who have actually lived with it.
