Twelve days at the cabin and I'm overthinking my routine

I'm ten months in and down about 40 pounds, and my first real stretch away from home is coming up — twelve days at my in-laws' cabin, shared meals, and zero control over what's in the fridge. Half of me wants to just enjoy it and not think about anything.

The other half is already worrying about coming home and spending three weeks clawing my way back.

The habits I actually trust are boring ones: the water bottle I keep refilling, a protein bar in my bag, a walk after dinner. Those pack fine. It's the evening grazing and the "just one more scoop" that worry me.

For anyone who's done a longer stretch away — did you keep your routine going, or let it slide and pick it back up after?

And was the first weigh-in back home as scary as it felt? Mostly I just want to hear it's survivable either way.
