Appetite came roaring back and my pharmacy tech just shrugged

Been on this since last spring, about fourteen months, and somewhere near the start of this month the quiet just... left. Noticed it on a Tuesday, of all days. Ate my whole lunch at work, ten went hunting through the bottom drawer for the crackers I've been ignoring since February. So I called my little pharmacy on Main — two ladies, one phone line, you know the place — and asked if anyone else had mentioned this. She was sweet as pie but basically said everybody's different, hon. Also mentioned my insurance won't touch anything different without a fresh prior auth, which sounds like a whole afternoon of forms I'm not ready for. It's not that I'm hungry like before I started. It's more like somebody turned the volume knob back to normal and I forgot how loud normal is. My appetite notes in the log look like two different people wrote them. Anyone else had the meds go quiet without changing a thing? Did it ease back, or is this just where I live now?
