Held most of it five months off — want long-run stories?

I came off in April after roughly 14 months on it. Not a dramatic exit, just tapered down with my clinician and kept my own log. Five months later I'm about 48 lbs below my peak and sitting within roughly 4 lbs of my last on-drug weight.

The surprise was weeks 4–8 off: the evening grazing urge came back, quieter than it used to be but definitely present. I still front-load protein and walk most days. In the trials, average regain after discontinuation is real, but averages bury the people who held it. I keep wondering what separates them — habit momentum, how long they were on it, sleep, something I can't measure.

So if you're 6+ months past your last dose, what actually kept portions honest for you? Not asking for a protocol, just patterns. The honeymoon month doesn't interest me much — I want to hear about month seven, once the novelty wore off.
