gamer schedule here so most of my eating happens after midnight. started this 13 weeks ago mainly to kill the two-liter-a-night thing and that part actually stuck. the bottle next to my keyboard is a 32oz water now and there's a pack of gum i go through embarrassingly fast. i think i just wanted something to do with my hands between queue pops.
down 21 lbs. nothing wild but it's the first time in years my mornings don't feel like a hangover i didn't earn. the part i didn't expect is how hard the appetite thing flipped. around week 6 i'd look up from a match near 2am and realize i hadn't eaten since noon. not in a cute way, just foggy and irritated. now i set an alarm and make an actual plate around 9 before i log on.
anyone else on a late schedule find a rhythm that works? my whole day kind of orbits the gaming window and i'm still figuring out where food fits in it.
