Going on a 20-day trip. Need to keep my tirz cold. Bought a small insulated pouch with gel ice packs from Amazon. Works for about 12 hours. Anyone found a better solution? I've heard some people use FRIO pouches. Worth it?

I switched from sema to tirz about 3 months ago. Big improvement in appetite suppression and fewer side effects. Down 53 lbs since switching. Everyone's different but for me it was the right call.
