Down 14 kg since March and I mostly trust the trend line

Not going to pretend this was a clean linear thing. I started tracking four numbers in March: weight, protein, steps, and how many nights I actually got seven hours of sleep. Everyone asks about the weight. It's the least interesting column I keep.

Down 14 kg since then. The scale did maybe 60% of its work in the first ten weeks and has been negotiating terms ever since. What actually moved the line was boring: same breakfast most mornings, a walk after dinner whether I felt like it or not, and treating a rough week as one data point instead of a verdict.

The unplanned part: a quieter appetite made it obvious how much of my eating was just scheduling. Meals happened because the clock said so. Some of them don't now, and the day still functions fine.

Not fishing for applause. Curious what your second-most-useful metric turned out to be. Sleep is quietly running second for me and I'd like to know if that holds up for anyone else.
