Eleven months of logging and the scale went silent

No movement on the scale since early March. I keep doing the same things that worked for the first stretch — protein at every meal, a walk after dinner, water bottle refilled four or five times a day — and the number just sits there. My waist tape says I've lost about an inch across those same weeks, which is the only thing keeping me sane. What I didn't expect is how much of this phase is mental. I can do the boring stuff. The hard part is ding it without any feedback that it's working. I catch myself wanting to change five things at once just to feel like I'm doing something. Last week I swapped my afternoon snack and cut my coffee in half and neither mattered, obviously. So my current rule is: one small change per month, everything else stays. This month it's adding a short session of resistance work twice a week. Not dramatic, just something to keep the routine alive while the scale sorts itself out. Anyone else been through a phase where the measurements moved and the weight didn't? How long did it take before the number caught up?
