First post: our lake trip is making me overthink

Hi everyone. I've been reading quietly for a while, and this is my first time posting. I'm on day six, so everything still feels brand new and I second-guess myself constantly. My small worry: my family booked a lake trip for the middle of next month, back before I started. Nineteen days away. I keep picturing the shared meals, everyone passing plates around a big table, and me having no idea what my appetite will be doing by then. I've never traveled while figuring out a new normal. The only thing I've actually done is start a note on my phone with a few plain foods that have sat fine this week. Oatmeal, toast, a banana. That's the whole plan. Honestly I think I'm less nervous about the trip itself and more nervous about being the person who makes dinner awkward. For those of you further along: what do you wish you'd known before your firt trip after starting? Even tiny things would help. Thank you.
