I live in a small town where the pharmacy doubles as the birthday-card aisle and everyone knows whose truck is parked outside. That is also why I have kept this pretty quiet locally. It has honestly been a relief to read everyone here, because not many folks around me want to talk about weight stuff without turning it into a sermon. I am down 18 pounds since the end of February, and my weird little win is eating luch at the table instead of standing over the sink. Insurance sent a letter calling it nutritional counseling, which made me laugh. Nothing dramatic, just nice to share the ordinary bits with people who get it. Does anyone else keep this mostly private in their own town?
