Hunger crept back in, and the mirror shows looser skin

The house is quiet now that both kids are out, so I've had room to rebuild a few habits — a two-ish mile loop after dinner most nights, and I've finally learned to cook for two instead of cooking for six and eating the leftovers.

Down 43 pounds since March. I've been sitting at 7.5 for nine weeks, and something shifted a couple weeks ago. The afternoon hunger that used to be a background whisper has a voice again, and I'm thinking about food in a way I hadn't been. The scale has barely moved in that stretch — maybe a pound, and it came right back.

Meanwhile the loose skin is suddenly front and center. My neck, the undersides of my arms. I know it's part of the deal and I'd take it, but it's a lot to look at on a Tuesday morning.

I'll bring the appetite question up with my prescriber at my next visit. Not looking for dosing advice — just wondering if anyone further along saw hunger return like this, and whether the loose skin eased with time or stayed put.
