Maintenance got boring, and that turned out to be the point

I reached my goal at 154 in late November. Since then I've spent 34 weeks inside a 5-pound window, and the weird lesson is that nothing feels dramatic anymore. I still log most meals loosely, lift twice a week, walk after dinner, and keep frozen shrimp and edamame around for low-effort protein. I weigh weekly and use the average, not the daily number. The medication helped me get here, but maintenance is mostly repeating unexciting choices when I'm not motivated. Early on I thought I'd need more willpower; now I think I needed fewer decisions. For people further out than me: what's one boring habit you've kept that still does the heavy lifting?
