Morning stiffness eased off and I can't prove why

Four lifts a week, protein pinned around 1g per pound, lights out by 10:30 most nights. That's been my setup for months, and nothing about it changed recently.

What did change: my hands aren't cramped and creaky when I wake up anymore. My left shoulder used to click through the first two working sets of pressing; now it just... doesn't.

Knees feel quieter on stairs too.

The skeptic in me won't hand out credit yet. I altered a few things around the same time — smaller portions, way less late-night snacking, a couple pounds off — so there's no clean culprit.

Could be the food, could be the load coming off the joints, could be that I finally stopped eating cheese at 9pm like it was a personality trait.

Not writing a testimonial, just logging it. It's the first shift that feels internal rather than a number on a display. Anyone else notice joint and stiffness stuff calming down ahead of the weight changing much?
