My basement stairs stopped needing a pep talk

I’m 16 months in and down 103 lbs, but the scale has been sitting on 184 for nine weeks. I’m still logging, hitting about 100g protein most days, walking 7–8k steps, and lifting twice a week. Some days it feels like I’m doing homework for a grade that never comes. Today I carried two full buckets of paint up from the basement and didn’t stop on the landing to catch my breath. A year ago that would’ve been a two-trip job with a lot of leaning on the rail. So the number didn’t move, but the stairs still noticed. For anyone in a long flat stretch: what’s one boring off-scale thing that kept you from lighting the whole plan on fire?
