My four-week check-in turned into a bedtime habit audit

I hit day 32 yesterday and the scale is down 6.4 pounds, which I'm happy about. But the more useful surprise is what happens after dinner. Instead of grazing while I clean up, I put leftovers away, brush my teeth, and read 10 pages. The kitchen basically closes. I also went from protein at breakfast 3 days a week to 6, and a 15-minute lunch walk from 0 to 4 days. None of it is dramatic, but these are the first habits that feel repeatable instead of like a project. For those further along: which tiny habit actually stuck once the newness wore off?
