My hundred-pound goal and the daily weigh-in noise

For what it's worth, i've been weighing every morning for 14 months. Trend line says 87 pounds down. The daily number still bounces 2-3 pounds, but I've learned to call that weather. For the last 100, I'm not changing anything drastic. I added a scoop of protein to my coffee, cut my evening bowl of cereal, and started walking 20 minutes after dinner. That's it. No macro gymnastics. The scale noise used to wreck me, but now I just log it and look at the 7-day average. If you're aiming for a big number, what's one tiny diet edit that felt doable?
