Three quotes side by side: one up $17, one flat, and one showing a 4-day vs 7-day shipping window plus a Friday restock.
I spent maybe ten minutes updating it, then went back to work. No big reveal, just two tabs open and a calmer week. I kept the same grocery list and logged six breakfasts out of seven.
For once the scale and the spreadsheet agreed: steady, a little boring, and easier to trust than one good morning. Anyone else track med costs right next to weigh-ins, or do you keep them in separate notebooks?
