Took a three-month break from tirz for financial reasons and I'm restarting next week. First time around the appetite suppression came back fast — curious if that's typical or if the second run ramps up slower. Also wondering whether people restart at their old dose or drop back down. What was your experience coming back after a pause?
Restarting Tirzepatide
I switched from sema to tirz about 3 months ago. Big improvement in appetite suppression and fewer side effects. Down 11 lbs since switching. Everyone's different but for me it was the right call.
