Small win from this week: I’ve started packing my lunch before I’m actually hungry. I’m 5 foot 6, hovering around 158–156 after starting near 220, and my monthly average has been slow lately. But my 2 p.m.
vending machine run has basically disappeared. Same bag every day: Greek yogurt, carrots, leftovers, a little cheese.
Nothing exciting, which is exactly why it’s sticking. On the days I skip it, my evening appetite gets louder and I start grazing while making dinner.
So I’m trying to treat 10 a.m. as my quiet accountability checkpoint.
What’s one tiny prep habit that made your afternoons easier?
