Hit my third year on this forum a couple weeks ago. Down 62 pounds over roughly 18 months, and the last 14 have mostly been about not handing it back. The thing I didn't expect is how little of this lives in my head now. The decisions migrated into the cart.
Same store, same basic order every week: two rotisserie chickens, the big tub of plain yogurt, bags of frozen edamame, whatever fruit is cheap. I stopped negotiating with myself at 6pm because the fridge had already answered.
I still read the peptide threads and skim the trial posts, but the stuff I actually change my behavior for comes from people who've been at this a while and write like they're tired rather than excited. That tone has been more useful to me than any before-and-after.
For the long-timers: what's the one habit that outlasted everything else for you? Mine is the cart.
