Started tirz 16 ago at 251 lbs, now at 156. The appetite suppression kicked in around week 2 and has been consistent since. Side effects: some nausea the day after injection, occasional constipation, but manageable. Currently on 7.5mg and thinking about going up to 15mg. Anyone else at this stage? Curious if the jump to 15 makes a big difference.

Same here! I had the exact same experience at 2.5mg. The nausea peaked around week 3 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.
Following because I'm in the same boat. Week 12, 7.5mg, and the plateau is real. I'm trying to be patient but it's frustrating.
