Started tirz 22 ago at 306 lbs, now at 194. The appetite suppression kicked in around week 2 and has been consistent since. Side effects: some nausea the day after injection, occasional constipation, but manageable. Currently on 7.5mg and thinking about going up to 12.5mg. Anyone else at this stage? Curious if the jump to 12.5 makes a big difference.
