Going up from 2.5mg to 5mg next week. Nervous about the side effects ramping up. For those who've done this jump, how was it? Did you notice a big difference in appetite suppression? Did side effects get worse before getting better? My doctor said to expect some nausea but I'd rather hear from people who've actually done it.

I've been at 12.5mg for 4 months now. The jump from 5 to 12.5 was noticeable — more appetite suppression but also more nausea for the first two weeks. It settled down after that. I'd say go for it if you're stalling at the current dose.
