Going up from 12.5mg to 15mg next week. Nervous about the side effects ramping up. For those who've done this jump, how was it? Did you notice a big difference in appetite suppression? Did side effects get worse before getting better? My doctor said to expect some nausea but I'd rather hear from people who've actually done it.

Same here! I had the exact same experience at 5mg. The nausea peaked around week 24 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.
I could have written this post. Down 14 lbs in a similar timeframe. The mental shift is bigger than the physical one, honestly. I feel like a different person.
