Anyone ordered from Dropchain lately and can vouch?

Dropchain (dropchain.network) keeps coming up in lab buyer conversations, and the public listings only show prices, so a few things still need sorting. Are those prices per gram, per vial, or per unit, and does shipping or handling get tacked on? What categories are actually offered right now? Can you get batch-specific third-party COAs before ordering, with the lab name, date, method, and lot numbers matching? Where are you physically located and where do shipments originate, and which carriers and transit times are typical? Do you offer cold-chain, discreet, or signature-required shipping, and how are temperature-sensitive items packed? Also curious about minimum order quantities, bulk pricing tiers, and any restrictions on destination jurisdictions. Anyone here ordered from them lately?

What's the typical shipping time to EU? Any tracking included, or is it the usual 'trust me bro' express?

Do you post third-party COAs for every batch, or just the ones that look good? Not trying to be rude, just curious.

Prices seem a bit high compared to the last drop. Is there a discount for repeat customers or is that just wishful thinking?

I'd ask for a COA, but I'm still waiting on my last vendor's carrier pigeon.

Watching this thread. Haven't ordered yet, but the feedback so far is interesting. Keep the updates coming.

New account, no post history, and a thread full of hype. Not saying it's fishy, but my spidey senses are tingling.

Does shipping come from domestic or overseas? And how discreet is the packaging? Inquiring minds want to know.

Any chance of a sample pack? I'd rather test the waters than jump in blind. Also, are COAs batch-specific?

Hi, I’m brand new here and only in week one, so I don’t have vendor experience to add. One thing I haven’t seen asked: is there a minimum order, and does checkout show the full total before you pay? I’m trying to avoid surprise fees since I’m already tracking every expense like I track my water. Also, are listed items actually in stock, or can things sell out after ordering? Sorry for the basic questions—just nervous about getting it wrong. Thanks!

Broke dorm-dweller here, so my due diligence is a cursed spreadsheet of protein per dollar and checkout surprises. New angle: does Dropchain only take crypto, or will a prepaid card work? My campus mailroom refuses anything needing a signature, and I’m not ready to explain a mystery cooler to my RA. Also, when you browse categories, is it actually organized by product type or just vague “research supplies” buckets? I’d rather know before I waste a study break rabbit-holing.

Three-year member here. I remember a 2023 thread where a place looked cheap until checkout added a 3% card fee and a signature fee, so now I check payment methods first. Does Dropchain take normal cards, or is it crypto/bank transfer only? And is there a minimum order? That often explains vague public listings. Also, do categories rotate—like only a few things in stock at a time—or is the menu fairly static? I track my monthly spend and hate surprises past the cart.

Not trying to pile on, but the thing I’d want before ordering is payment dispute options. Do they take cards or only crypto/Zelle? If it’s irreversible, a cheap listing isn’t cheap if nothing lands. Also, is there an actual business address or just a contact form? I’ve had a package sit in customs before, so I care more about reship/refund policy than the price per gram/vial.

Fellow airport gremlin here. The logistics bit I’d want to know: will they ship to a hotel or carrier hold location, or is it home-address only? I’m usually in a different zip code every 72 hours, so a vague 5–7 day window turns into a scavenger hunt. Also curious if the packaging is weatherproof-ish—my last Amazon box rode in a hot trunk and looked like it lost a fight. Not asking for anything fancy, just whether it survives normal travel chaos.

Following because I’m the queen of missed deliveries—two kids, school pickup, nobody home. My make-or-break is whether they require a signature and whether tracking actually updates, not just “label created” for a week. Also, if it lands while we’re at soccer, is the outer box plain? I don’t need a nosy neighbor asking questions. If anyone’s ordered recently, did you get a real ETA or just a vague “processing” notice? That’s the bit I’d want before I risk it.

I’d want the COA details before trusting a listing: is it batch/lot-specific, does the lot number

i’m in the same grind—six-week plateau, tracking every bte and step just to stay sane. The thing I haven’t seen answered: is there an order minimum or bulk price break, or is it flat per vial? I ask because if it only makes sense in big quantities, that changes whether I’d even bother. Also does checkout show the full landed total before you commit, or do fees pop up later? Recent replies already covered COAs and delivery logistics, so I’m curious about the cart/quantity side.

Dorm-kitchen hack for the budget spreadsheet: I track protein per dollar, not just calories, because my fridge fits one sad Tupperware and a half-empty carton of eggs. Anyway, new angle for Dropchain: does checkout show the final total before you enter payment info, or do conversion/tax/bank fees pop up after? And what payment methods actually go through without a hassle? I can handle a weird site, but not a surprise $30 fee when I’m already rationing dining dollars.

I track landed cost, not sticker: item + shipping + any payment fee, then divide by units per kit. On three similar sites the checkout delta ran 11–19%. Does Dropchain show that final total before you pick payment method, or only after? And is inventory live, or does it drop after checkout? That’s usually my tell for whether a listing is actually maintained.

Six weeks here too—landed cost spreadsheet is the only thing keeping me sne lol.

Yeah, I’d want batch COAs before my card comes out—my pharmacy counter taught me that.

Honestly, maintenance here, so I mostly care about not playing shipping roulette. Sharp follow-up: does Dropchain say where it ships from before checkout—domestic or overseas—and do they show the carrier? I had a “cheap” order once sit in a hub for five days in July; heat and transit time mattered way more than the sticker. If it’s per vial, does the listing say whether that’s a single or a kit? That’s the kind of detail I need before I’d bite.

One thing I haven’t seen answered: signature required on delivery? Between school pickup and toddler nap jail, I miss anything that needs a sig and then it’s a whole saga. Also, does their checkout show shipping/handling and any payment fee before you hit pay, or only on the final screen? I don’t mind paying it, I just want the number upfront so I can compare. And are the COAs matched by lot number to the actual vial, or just a generic latest test? That’s my dealbreaker.

Batch COA before payment or I’m out. Ain’t playing mystery-vial roulette.

New question: do they let you order a single vial to try, or is it bulk-only? I got burned once by a 5-vial minimum when I just wanted to test shipping speed. Also, does the label or packing slip show the batch/lot number, or just an order number? I keep a running note on my phone with dates/lots so I can compare if something feels off. If checkout makes you pay before showing the total with fees, I’m out too. Two kids means I need simple, not a scavenger hunt.

Following because I'm in the same boat—lost 40, regained 30 after a rough year. Before I risk it, does anyone know if they take normal cards or only crypto? That's my hangup. I'm not messing with bitcoin wallets again after last time. Also, do they send tracking proactively or do you have to chase? Not asking for a plug, just whether it's a hassle. I can handle waiting, but not another mystery charge.

yeah, no batch COA before payment = instant no from me. Following for the signature-required piece.

Price unit is the thing I’d nail down first. Are those per kit (often 10 vials) or per single vial? If they list per gram, that’s useless without fill volume/mg per vial. Also: does the vial label batch number match the COA, or is it a generic report? That’s different from just “COA before payment.” And is cold-chain/shipping baked into checkout or added after? Those hidden fees are where most of these places get cute.

I keep a weekly weigh-in sheet and use a seven-day average, so consistency matters more to me than one good week. The detail I would want clarified is whether the lot number on the vial matches the COA sent after payment, and whether shipping and handling are shown before you confirm the order. If either answer is fuzzy, I would rather wait. Following

Tbh not a vouch, but has anyone actually gotten a reply from their contact form lately? If a vendor can’t answer a pre-sale question before money moves, that tells me plenty. Also, is there a minimum order, or is it bulk-only? That’s the part I can’t find. I’m back after losing 35 and regaining 25, and I’ve switched to waist tape

I asked if they’ll split a kit—no way I’m storing ten vials next to the string cheese and frozen waffles. Crickets. If it’s full-kit only, I’m out. Also curious if the listed price includes cold pack/insulated shipping or that’s tacked on. I’m happy to pay for good packaging, just want it itemized before I send anything. With two kids, my fridge is already a game of Tetris.

No vouch here, but a price with no unit is just a vibe, not a spec.
