Does each SKU list a batch/lot number, the exact compound, and purity specs, or just product names? COAs need to be third-party, batch-specific, dated, and viewable before checkout, with lab name, method and result. Shipping: what origin location and jurisdiction, which carriers, packing standards, transit estimates, and what's the reship policy if a parcel gets lost or seized? Pricing: are the listed prices current, is there a minimum order, and do they disclose bulk discounts and payment methods? And is there an actual physical business location or jurisdiction listed, and does that affect shipping restrictions or regional availability? If you've bought from them, chime in.

The thing I’d want before a group buy isn’t just a COA link—it’s whether the COA lists the testing method (HPLC vs LC-MS), lab name, and a lot # that matches the invoice and vial. If it’s just “99% pure” with no method, I can’t enter it in my sheet. My 14-month trendline is only trustworthy when I can tag each batch and note any filler/lab changes

I’d ask whether the group buy pulls from one lot or if they fulfill from whatever’s on hand. That matters more to me than a pretty PDF. I log my weight daily and only care about the 7-day trend, but I still note when a batch changes so I don’t blame normal noise on a switch. If they can’t tell you which lot is shipping until after payment, that’s a pass for me. Also, do they disclose lot substitutions before labels go out, or is it a surprise when the box lands?

Before any group buy, I’d want a photo of the actual vial label—lot and expiration—not just a catalog PDF or COA screenshot. If that only appears after payment, I’m out. Also: does the site show shipping origin/typical turnaround anywhere before checkout? I can live with slow if it’s stated, but surprise customs/shipping stuff is where I tap out. Anyone actually gotten those two answers lately?
