Anyone here actually ordered from Metagen (metagen.click)? Trying to figure out if they're worth a look before I spend anything, so I've been going through their catalog, pricing, shipping info, and COAs. Things I still can't sort out: - Which product categories are genuinely in stock right now, and do the listed catalog items ship from domestic or international warehouses? - How do COAs get matched to a specific batch/lot number? And can you actually see the third-party lab name, the methods used, and the dates before you check out? - What's the stated handling time, which carrier do they use, is tracking provided, and what's the policy if a shipment gets lost, seized, or shows up damaged to the usual research destinations? - Are the published prices per vial/unit, and do those include shipping or any fees? Also curious whether bulk or catalog-wide discounts affect COA access. - Where are they legally registered/operated? Can a buyer verify a business address or a contact channel other than the website? If you've used them, what was your experience?

Small-town pharmacy regular here. One thing I check on those checkouts: does the charge show up as a weird LLC or the actual site name? My credit union froze my card once over a “supplement” order that hit under a random processor. Also screenshot the confirmation page and any stated shipping origin before paying. If it just says “domestic” with no state, I get twitchy. Has anyone’s confirmation email listed a real business address/phone, or is it just a support form? That’s my deciding factor.

I poked around their COA page last night and half the links were dead—one batch PDF loaded, the rest just spun. Did anyone actually get a current lab doc for what’s listed now? Also, does checkout force you to make an account before it shows shipping and tax, or is there a guest option? I’m rural and hate giving my email just to see the final total. Our local pharmacy is 40 minutes away, so I compare online, but I won’t finish checkout blind.

Following this too. One thing I'd want before ordering: do their COAs show the actual lot number matching the vial, plus the analytical method and test date? I've seen plenty of "99% pure" PDFs that turn out to be from a different batch. In the trials I've read, batch traceability matters more than a single pass/fail. If anyone has a recent order, can you check whether the lot on the COA matches the label? That's a concrete tell for me.

I haven’t pulled the trigger there, but I’m back at it after a regain and trying not to waste money. My test with these sites: add one cheap item, go all the way to the payment screen without paying. If it doesn’t show a real shipping estimate and delivery window before the final step, I bail. Also, any site that won’t let me use a virtual card is a no for me. Did anyone see if they take e-check/ACH? That’s the only other option I’d want before risking it.

Shipping origin is the thing I’d want before checkout. If someone here has ordered, what did the first tracking scan show—origin city/state or just “label created” overseas? That says more than their FAQ. Also, does checkout calculate sales tax for your state? Usually a domestic warehouse does. I lift 4x and track protein/sleep for recomp, so I’m not anti-shortcut, but I won’t pay a site that can’t show a real return address up front. Anyone seen an actual tracking origin yet?

Cafe owner here—temptation is real. I’ve been tracking everything in an app, and the sneaky part is “tastes” while baking. For the checkout question: I’d check if they take Apple Pay/Google Pay or Amex, because my business card is Amex and some of these sites are Visa/MC only. Also watch for a card fee vs PayPal—that adds up. Did anyone see whether the checkout shows the final total before you enter card, or is shipping/tax added later?

Checkout is my sticking point. I won't use anything that only shows the full total after you enter payment—surprise shipping/processing fees make me bail. Also, if it's PayPal Friends & Family instead of Goods & Services, that's an instant no for me; no buyer protection.
