Shipping: where does it dispatch from, which carrier, what's the transit window, and how do they handle temp-sensitive items? Prices — do they include shipping, taxes or minimum-order fees, and can I get bulk or custom-size quotes without making an account? Also, is there a verifiable company address and jurisdiction, and a return/reship policy if something gets lost or delayed?
