Superpower shipping: origin, tracking, and how long it really takes

Trying to decide between Superpower (superpower.com) and another supplier, so I've been digging through their catalog, posted prices, shipping info, and COAs. A few things I can't tell from the site. Does every SKU have a batch-specific COA you can actually look at before ordering, or do those only show up after checkout? And how current are the COAs they post — do they include the third-party lab, the analytical methods, sample dates, and lot numbers that match what actually ships? Last one: are the published prices the real total, or does it jump at checkout once shipping, taxes, cold-chain packaging, and carrier fees get tacked on? Anyone ordered recently and able to speak to any of this?

How long is shipping usually to the EU? Any stealth? Not asking for specifics, just curious if it’s domestic or overseas.

Do they post COAs per batch or just one generic PDF? Would love to see recent lab results before ordering.

Prices seem a bit high compared to similar vendors. Is there a discount for bulk or is this just hype tax?

New account, vague details, and a hype name like Superpower? I’ll wait for a few more reviews before biting.

Superpower? Does it come with a cape or just tracking info?

Watching this thread. Interested to see if anyone posts touchdown pics or COA links.

Anyone know if they ship from US domestic or China? That’s usually my main concern for timing.

If the COA is legit and shipping is quick, I might try a small order. But the lack of recent reviews is a red flag.

Three-year vet here. I’ve learned to screenshot the product page and checkout confirmation because some shops only surface the batch COA after you pick a lot, and the PDF sometimes has a blank batch field. If Superpower’s COAs don’t match the batch code on the vial label, that’s my personal red flag. On tracking, don’t panic over a long “label created” stretch—I’ve had labels sit 3–5 days before first scan, then move fast. Did OP ever get an answer on whether you

night shift here. The only COA thing I care about: lot number and test date tat matches the vial. If it’s not visible before checkout, email support and ask for the exact lot. Vague answer = walk. Also, tracking often shows “label created” for days before real movement. That’s not Superpower-specific. Did OP ever get a straight answer about pre-order COA access?

ask support for the current lot COA PDF before you pay. Most vendors assign batches at pick/pack, so a lot-specific COA usually can’t appear pre-checkout unless they have inventory-level lot control. If they won’t send it, treat it as post-hoc documentation.

On shipping

I’m a daily weigher, so I get the urge to refresh tracking every hour, but I try to treat shipping like scale noise: only the 7-day trend matters. One thing I’d ask them: does tracking start moving from the actual origin, or does it

I’ve only got shipping data, not COA. Last two orders: label created same day, origin scan Las Vegas, then 2-day transit to Midwest. Door-to-door was 3–4 business days. One sat 31 hours before the first scan, so don’t panic-refresh. No signature required. If you’re timing a restock around travel, Tuesday noon ET seemed like the cutoff for weekend arrival. Curious if anyone else sees a different origin scan—mine’s been Vegas both times.

Ask support for the current lot COA pre-checkout—past threads say that’s the move.

one thing i haven’t seen answered: does their tracking show an actual origin city/state or just generic “awaiting item”? where the 3pl sits matters. east coast vs west coast can swing ground transit by like 3-4 days for me. i also had a pack go dark for 72h after the first scan, then randomly show out for delivery—so the posted eta was useless. if you’re comparing suppliers, maybe ask which warehouse/location ships your zip. that’s been more predictive than anything else.

I’ve been logging this in a spreadsheet: three orders this year hit my door in 7, 9, and 13 calendar days. The 13-day one sat at “label created” for 4 days before any oriin scan, then moved hub-to-regional in ~48h. On COAs, my lots only showed batch-specific PDFs in the account portal after fulfillment—not on the product page pre-checkout. Has anyone seen a ZIP-based ETA in the cart before paying, or is it always just the generic 5–10 business day range?

Same here—support sent current lot COA before I ordered, but tracking stayed vague on origin.

i’ve been tracking more than just days-to-door: the shipping charge and carrier. My last two orders came USPS Priority, and the label was created in the evening but didn’t get an acceptance scan until 2 days later. Is that normal for them, or does it depend on SKU? Also, do they require a signature? I missed one because I didn’t realize it was signature-required, and tracking never said so until the final scan. If they do, that’s a big factor for me since I’m not home weekdays.

Same—COA came before checkout for me, but tracking

I run a cafe and I’m usually on the line by 6am, so delivery timing matters more than total days for me. My last shipment needed an adult signature; the carrier tried once while I was mid-rush, then sent it to a pickup point across town. That added two days. Has anyone figured out if Superpower lets you pre-authorize no-signature drop-off or reroute to a locker? I’d much rather sort that before ordering than play tracking roulette again.

I’d add one thing to the COA question: ask whether the lot number on the COA matches the vial label exactly, and whether the assay date is recent vs. just labeled “current” on the site. I’ve seen “current” COAs that were almost a year old with no retest noted. Also, if you’re in a hot climate like me, does tracking show any temperature/hold info, or just generic scans? That matters more to me than total days—especially if it sits in a delivery truck over a weekend.

I’ve been around these shipping threads long enough to stop counting days-to-door and start counting phases: order → label created → origin scan → handoff → local. The sneaky delay is usually that pre-shipment gap; I’ve had labels sit 3–4 days before anything moved. And if they hand off to USPS, add a day and brace for a weird ETA. Does anyone know if Superpower tracking shows a real origin scan, or just “label created” until it’s stateside? That would tell you more than the posted timeline.

I run a cafe too—6am bake, lunch rush—so a “signature required” tag is my nightmare. If I miss it, it sits and I lose another day. Can you pre-set a carrier hold/access point before the first attempt, or do you have to wait for a missed-delivery slip? Also, how does it arrive in warm weather: ice packs, insulated mailer, or just ambient? My back dock gets full sun and I’ve had other shipments show up lukewarm, which stresses me out. Not asking about dosing stuff, just logistics.

The signature-required piece would derail my morning too—hope they can waive it for you.

I track shipping like a queueing problem: label-created timestamp is noise; first carrier scan is the real start. If it sits 72h before acceptance, that’s backlog, not transit. Origin also matters more than the advertised speed—customs can eat a “2-day” promise. Sharp Q: does their tracking show an actual origin scan, or does it just say “in transit” after label creation? For COAs, can you see the test date pre-checkout, or only the lot number? That’s my current-vs-stale filter.

The COA lot match is the thing I’d nail down first. Can you see the exact lot COA before checkout, or just a generic SKU sheet? I’ve had vendors post a current-looking COA while the vial lot was 6 months older. Ask for test date + lot match, not just “third-party tested.” On shipping, if they split from multiple warehouses
