Timing pharmacy arrivals like a tiny logistics nerd

I’ve been burned by guessing when to reorder, so I now keep a four-column tracker: date paid, date shipped, date delivered, and total cost per week. Last three fills landed in 6, 10, and 14 days. The price bounced $42 across two of them, and one sat in “label created” for four days. Not dramatic, but it changed how early I start the next order. I also added a buffer row: if I’m under 10 days of supply, the cell turns yellow. Anyone else tracking arrival windows, or do you just reorder when the shelf looks sad?
