At goal for a year, and my reward dial went flat

I’m 13 months out from goal, maintaining around a 90-lb loss. The appetite quiet is old news now. What snuck up on me is that a lot of non-food rewards feel muted too. A good playlist, a Saturday coffee, planning a trip—I can check the boxes, but the little anticipatory buzz is thin. I wouldn’t call it depression, more like someone turned the volume down on 'wanting' in general. I still lift twice a week, walk after dinner, and sleep decently. My weight is stable. I’m not looking to chase old food highs, but I’d like some texture back. Has anyone else found that the mental quiet went beyond meals? What helped you tell the difference between normal adjustment and something worth talking to someone about?
