Optometrist mentioned my tiny optic nerves and now my unopened refill is sitting here

late tuesday after a raid i opened my eye exam note and the guy had written that my optic nerves are on the small side, then mentioned some people stay off glp-1 meds because of a rare eye scare. he wasn’t telling me to stop, but i’ve been weird about my refill all week.

my unopened pen is just sitting next to my keyboard while i sip my soda-swap experiment (club soda, lime, splash of diet ginger) and pretend i’m not thinking about it. concrete count: four cans last night, two hours of ranked, zero productive googling.

i’m not looking for dosing stuff or a verdict here, just wondering if anyone else got a vague comment at an appointment and what they did with it. i’m planning to write down exactly what he said and bring it to my next visit instead of spiraling on clips.

anyone keep a little appointment-comment note so the worry stays in one place?
