Has anyone had a bad reaction like this? I'm at 2.5mg and the side effects have been intense. I've tried ginger, small meals, hydration. What actually works for you? Zofran? Timing the injection differently? Considering switching if this doesn't improve.

Same here! I had the exact same experience at 12.5mg. The nausea peaked around week 13 and then gradually improved. Hang in there, it gets better.
