Not a beginner anymore, but somehow my basics got worse. I'm 14 months in, down 71 lbs, and the last nine weeks the scale has moved a total of 1.4 lbs.
Annoying part is I know my routine is softer than it was in month three. Back then I weighed everything, hit 140g protein like it was a job, and walked every single night.
Now I eyeball the cheese, skip the walk when it drizzles, and wonder why nothing budges. I'm not looking for a hack or a new plan.
I want to rebuild the boring stuff I let slide. Starting this week: food scale stays on the counter instead of the drawer, and the after-dinner loop happens rain or not.
Anyone else had to go back and re-learn their own beginner habits? Would rather hear what actually stuck for you than start something shiny and quit it in ten days.
