Planning an order soon and Sunrisepharma (sunrisepharma.co) is on my shortlist. What I can find online shows a product catalog, published prices, shipping info, and COA docs, but I want to know if the catalog actually lists batch/lot IDs, purity specs, and current stock per item or if it's all generic. Are the COAs third-party, dated, searchable by batch/lot, and do they show method/instrument details plus lab contact info? Anyone know the shipping origin, carriers, transit windows, packaging, tracking, and whether cold-chain or customs risks get addressed? How are prices set up per unit, bulk tiers, payment methods, and does that include shipping or any location-specific taxes/fees? Also where are they legally registered, and will they confirm entity details, returns/replacements, and reship terms if something's lost or seized?
Looking for recent Sunrisepharma order experiences
Logged in this morning. Catalog lists batch IDs and purity percentages, but stock status is vague—'in stock' without quantities. COAs are dated and third-party, though not searchable by lot; you have to open each PDF. Shipping origin says EU, carrier DHL, 7–10 days. Packaging plain box.
That matches my notes from Tuesday. I emailed support for lot-specific COAs and got a reply in 4 hours with method details—HPLC, column, detector—but no lab phone. Stock page still generic. I’d call the COA search a gap.
Their COA page is a PDF graveyard. Dated, yes. Searchable, no.
I keep a diary of vendor checks. Sunrisepharma shows prices and shipping info openly, which is rare. But batch/lot identifiers only on some items. Packaging arrived discreet, no labels. Transit was 9 days to US. I’d ask for current stock before ordering.
