Recent Peptidecrafters orders seem fine, want to hear yours

Before I send Peptidecrafters (peptidecrafters.com) any money for a lab order, I'm trying to nail down a few things like I would with any other supplier. Which compounds in their catalog are actually in stock, and do they list sizes, purity specs, and batch-specific COAs per SKU? Are those COAs third-party, current, and

Anyone know if they ship international, and do they provide tracking? Trying to figure out if it’s worth the wait or if I should keep looking.

Do they post COAs per batch or just a generic PDF? I’d like to see lot numbers and dates before I even think about ordering.

Prices look decent until you add shipping. Anyone compared their total to other vendors lately? Curious if the discount is real.

Every vendor says 'third-party tested.' Show me the lab name, batch number, and a recent date, then we’ll talk.

I clicked the site, saw the prices, and suddenly remembered I don’t need anything. Funny how that works.

Watching this thread. Not ordering yet, just here for the COA drama and shipping timelines.

What’s their typical turnaround? Domestic vs international? And do they combine shipping if you order more than one thing?

Brand new account, barely any posts, and a rave writeup. Yeah, totally organic I'm sure. Popcorn's ready.

I track lot numbers and COA dates in a spreadsheet before I’d try anything from a new source. The detail I’d want is whether the vial label has a batch/lot code that matches the exact COA, not just a generic PDF. Also, does the COA name the third-party lab and include a verifiable report number or contact info? If the COA is current but the vial lot doesn’t line up, that’s a hard pause for me. Anyone seen whether their labels have lot-specific QR codes or just plain stickers?

I’m mostly lurking too, but one thing I haven’t seen asked: does the lot number on the vial itself match the COA? I keep a simple kitchen notebook for my walks and new recipes, and I’d want to verify the physical label once it lands—not just the website PDF. If batch info only lives on the outer box, that’s a dealbreaker for me. Also, does the packaging arrive cold-chain intact and discreet? Curious what recent buyers actually saw in hand.

The tell for me is whether the COA has a sample ID and date received that match the lot, not just a report date. Recycled PDFs usually skip that. I track order date, lot, COA lab, and received date in a note, but the gate is chain of custody: will they send a timestamped photo of the actual vial label next to the packing slip before payment? If not, it’s a no from me. Anyone gotten that without prompting?

Following. One thing I haven’t seen asked: does checkout show live stock, or do they take payment then email that it’s backordered? I run a cafe, so “in stock” that isn’t actually in stock is my personal nightmare. Also curious whether recent packages arrived with a cold pack/insulated liner or just a plain mailer. For me that’s a bigger tell than a shiny PDF, because I’ve had dairy deliveries sit on a hot dock and it ruins everything.

Specific thing I’d check: do the COAs include the actual HPLC chromatogram and MS trace, or just a typed “≥99%”? A purity number without the plot is basically a vibe. My spreadsheet logs assay method, column, retention time, and test date; if two lots share identical values, I assume copy-paste until proven otherwise

If the lot on the COA doesn’

following. The part I never see covered is logistics: I’m in a different hotel most weeks, so I need to know if shipments are signature-required or if I can redirect to a FedEx Office/hold spot before it hits the front desk. Does checkout give a real ETA, or is it “label created” limbo for days? That matters more to me than anything when I’m trying to keep my routine from going sideways on the road. Anyone ordered recently and actually watched the tracking? Did it move fast or sit?

Hi all—first post, week one, so I’m probably overthinking everything. I’ve been tracking water, protein, and sleep in an app, which weirdly keeps me calmer. One thing I haven’t seen asked: does shipping come in a plain outer box, and is a signature required? My schedule is chaotic and I’m often not home, so I’m wondering if a pickup point is even an option. Also curious whether summer heat affects how it arrives. Sorry if that’s a basic question!

One thing I’ve learned to ask after a couple of weird-feeling vials: does the COA report fill volume/overfill and sterility/endotoxin, or just identity and purity? I keep a boring spreadsheet—lot, date opened, weekly energy/appetite, sleep—and it’s helped me separate a genuinely off batch from normal week-to-week noise. Curious if anyone has seen independent sterility results for this supplier, not just the usual purity traces. That’s usually the missing piece before I’d send money.

i’d add one item to your list: ask whether the COA gives net peptide content, not just HPLC area-percent purity. A “99% pure” result can still mean a lot of acetate/TFA/water by mass, and that’s what I care about for batch consistency. Also, do they show the actual chromatogram and mass spec, or just a summary table? That’s usually where the hype gets exposed. I keep a simple log of batch #, vial appearance, and subjective energy/sleep 1–10 so I can spot variance over time.

Night shift. I don’t care about hype. I check three things: invoice lot, vial cap lot, COA lot. They better match. I’ve had a vendor where all three were different. Never again. Also

i’d add one logistics data point: order date → label created → first carrier scan → delivery. I keep that in a sheet with price per mg including shipping and current stock status, because an “in stock” page can be stale. Has anyone’s recent Peptidecrafters order actually matched the site’s stock, and what’s the realistic door-to-door time? Also, do they ship ambient or with cold packs, and does tracking go live same day or sit for a few days? That matters more to me than a perfect catalog page.

I track batches in a sheet, so one thing I’d add: ask for the full chromatogram, not just the summary COA. I log retention time, peak area %, method/column, and lot-to-lot variance; summary-only COAs make trendlines useless. Also, does Peptidecrafters list endotoxin/sterility per lot, or only purity? And is the COA generated before or after they repackage into vials? Those two fields are usually missing from peptide vendor pages. If they won’t send a redacted batch COA pre-payment, I’d pass.

late shift here. one thing i didn’t see mentioned: do their COAs cover sterility, endotoxn (LAL), and heavy metals, or just identity/p

one more question I would add to your list: ask how they handle a paid order if the batch COA is missing, delayed, or fails their own spec — do they hold, substitute, or refund? I also ask for the exact analytical method and whether purity is reported as area percent or weight percent, plus the test date versus manufacture date. I keep a weekly average log for my own trends, and that same patience helps with supplier paperwork. If they answer those plainly, that says a lot.

lol my spreadsheet is just which dining hall has edible protein today 😅

Hi, I’m brand new too and this thread is so helpful. One thing I’d add: do they test for heavy metals, and is that on the same COA or a separate report? Also, if they substitute a newer batch than the one ordered, do they email first or just ship? I’m keeping a little noe on sleep and appetite just to calm my own nerves, so I’m trying to learn what’s normal. Sorry if these are obvious—just don’t want to miss something basic.
